Meeting Agreement

One standard agreement, accepted by sellers at listing and buyers at bid.

Every seller accepts this agreement when listing, and every buyer accepts it when bidding or booking. It is the same for everyone.

Meetings are one-on-one; a seller may decline to start if anyone else is present. A meeting that is not started is refunded in full.

Sellers choose the name they show; the legal name is on file with identity verification.

First meeting with any given person in a public venue.

No photos, recording, or posting without consent.

No reselling or transferring access.

Venue and time as confirmed.

Cancellation terms as shown at payment.

Some meetings are booked at short notice or for right now. Their cancellation terms are shorter and are shown before you book.

A meeting may be moved twice if both of you agree, at no charge, any time before it starts. It keeps the terms it was booked under unless it is moved to more than 48 hours away, when the standard terms apply from then on.

Conversations are not legal, medical, or financial services and create no professional relationship.

A dispute after a verified meeting ends the account.

Disputes go to binding arbitration.
